It was a very good experience. Nice people and clean clinic. Very welcoming and everyone spoke English.

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. I found the staff very professional and clear. They spoke with me in fluent English which really put me at ease.

In the past two years, I´ve had orthodontics, gum surgery, and tooth whitening. My teeth are spectacular and look really natural. Is amazing what good teeth can do to your overall looks. I feel a lot more attractive and confident.

Dr. Ian has been my dentist now for more than ten years. After a few unpleasant previous experiences in Madrid, I found Dr. Ian through a referral. He has always been very professional and courteous, making you feel at ease. Dr. Ian always understand my needs and is very careful with the aesthetic and healthy, balanced results. I wouldn´t change dentists as I have the guarantee of a true professional.

I broke a tooth in Spain and by chance found out how much cheaper treatment is there compared to the UK. I emailed a few and Cisne replied. I later found out that the dentist hails from my home town in England making communication no problem at all. A year later I have had orthodontics and crowns and my smile and bite are much improved, not perfect, but I am 47 so realistically I didn't want too long in braces, a younger patient would have no trouble achieving perfection I'm sure.

The results for all the work completed for me was first class and and I was very impressed that the results were all as promised. Dr. Ian was very reassuring and made me completely comfortable and understanding with my worries. And also the other Spanish dentists have done some treatments for me and they were also wonderful.

I'm quite happy with the treament; I got some fillings, electrosurgery and the basic cleaning. They are very professional and the clinic looks so clean and modern.

In general, the staff and dentist are very professional, the equipment used is (probably, since i haven't seen a dentist for 2 years or so) state of the art. Everything was communicated to me clearly. It would have been better that patients be given options and a quote of digital photos or imaging from the beginning. The photos are helpful at least for me because I can see the deterioration of some of my tooth.
I was quite disappointed with one of the staff when I tried to ask for an invoice of my treatment that day that is separated (in spanish) from a quote of future treatments. She looked annoyed with the request. In spite of that, I think the staff is friendly and speaks good English, and I am grateful for that.
