Root canal treatment, Building e tooth, A Crown, Two fillings I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Cikalov. He has managed to save again two of my teeth and has done an incredible job by treating the root canals of one of my teeth and rebuilding it again. In my opinion he did the impossible! He has also healed a second tooth and crowned it nicely. The quality of his work is exceptional and he is a truly caring and patient doctor. I am deeply grateful.

An immediate denture is a complete denture or partial denture inserted on the same day, immediately following the removal of natural teeth.There are several advantages of an immediate denture. The most important factor is that you will never need to appear in public without teeth. It is also easier to duplicate the shape, color and arrangement of your natural teeth while some are still present in your mouth. When an immediate denture is inserted at the time of extraction, it will act as a Band-Aid to protect the tissues and reduce bleeding. An immediate denture will allow you to establish your speech patterns early. You will not have to learn to speak without a denture in place and then later relearn to speak with a new denture. An immediate denture will also allow you to chew better than without any teeth and minimize facial distortion that may occur when teeth are removed. A disadvantage is that you cannot always see how the denture will look before the teeth are extracted and the immediate denture is inserted. Also, initially, an immediate denture does not always fit as accurately as a conventional denture, which is made after the tissues have healed for six to eight weeks following extractions, and without wearing a denture.

Dentures (also known as false teeth) are prosthetic devices constructed to replace missing teeth, and which are supported by surrounding soft and hard tissues of the mouth. Conventional dentures are removable, however there are many different denture designs, some which rely on bonding or clasping onto teeth or dental implants. Types of dentures: Removable partial dentures: are for patients who are missing some of their teeth . Fixed partial dentures are made from crowns that are fitted on the remaining teeth, made from materials to resemble the missing teeth. Fixed bridges are more expensive than removable appliances but are more stable. Complete dentures: Conversely, complete dentures or full dentures, are worn by patients who are missing all of the teeth in a single arch (i.e. the maxillary (upper jaw) or mandibular (lower jaw) arch).

It was long thought that removable partial dentures had to be rigid to be effective. Traditionally, removable partial dentures were fabricated from a rigid metal base designed to replace missing teeth in partially edentulous patients (meaning patients that were missing only some of their natural teeth). Although full dentures and partial dentures have been used in dentistry for many decades, they can pose many problems for patients, most notably the poor aesthetics that are created from using metal to cover your natural teeth. The innovation of the flexible partial denture in the 1950s paved the way for a new type of partial denture, which provides excellent aesthetics and comfort for patients who prefer to wear a removable denture rather than a fixed restoration such as a dental bridge or dental implants. By using a flexible base, the restoration can adapt to the constant movement and flexibility in your mouth. Flexible partial dentures are custom-fabricated in a dental laboratory. Most flexible partial dentures involve very simple preparation because your natural teeth dont need to be altered in any way. Flexible partials can be virtually invisible because there are no telltale metal clasps to cover your natural teeth. Furthermore, most flexible materials blend with the tissue in your mouth so that the only thing that shows is your beautiful smile.

I was going to Sofia for other purposes, but used the opportunity to get some dental work done. I went to get a cleaning of my teeth as well as getting a bleaching kit to use at home. On top I had some repair of some of my teeth, which was recommended by the dentist when I got there. Absolutely satisfied with the work done, and with the price. AllDental Travel Clinic met all my expectations, and more. Very easy and fast communication before my trip and during my stay. In Sofia the clinic picked me up at the airport, and transported me from my hotel to the clinic and back, every time I went there. After my visit and waiting in the airport for my return flight, I discovered that they had charged me too much according to the price offered prior to going there. I send an e-mail to the clinic, and after 10 minutes they were on the phone, investigation the matter. Another 10 minutes after they called again, and told me that the difference would be refunded, and apologized for the mistake. A few days after everything was settled through the bank. Very good service and I recommend this clinic for everyone.
