Root canal treatment, Building e tooth, A Crown, Two fillings I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Cikalov. He has managed to save again two of my teeth and has done an incredible job by treating the root canals of one of my teeth and rebuilding it again. In my opinion he did the impossible! He has also healed a second tooth and crowned it nicely. The quality of his work is exceptional and he is a truly caring and patient doctor. I am deeply grateful.

Dentures (also known as false teeth) are prosthetic devices constructed to replace missing teeth, and which are supported by surrounding soft and hard tissues of the mouth. Conventional dentures are removable, however there are many different denture designs, some which rely on bonding or clasping onto teeth or dental implants. Types of dentures: Removable partial dentures: are for patients who are missing some of their teeth . Fixed partial dentures are made from crowns that are fitted on the remaining teeth, made from materials to resemble the missing teeth. Fixed bridges are more expensive than removable appliances but are more stable. Complete dentures: Conversely, complete dentures or full dentures, are worn by patients who are missing all of the teeth in a single arch (i.e. the maxillary (upper jaw) or mandibular (lower jaw) arch).

It was long thought that removable partial dentures had to be rigid to be effective. Traditionally, removable partial dentures were fabricated from a rigid metal base designed to replace missing teeth in partially edentulous patients (meaning patients that were missing only some of their natural teeth). Although full dentures and partial dentures have been used in dentistry for many decades, they can pose many problems for patients, most notably the poor aesthetics that are created from using metal to cover your natural teeth. The innovation of the flexible partial denture in the 1950s paved the way for a new type of partial denture, which provides excellent aesthetics and comfort for patients who prefer to wear a removable denture rather than a fixed restoration such as a dental bridge or dental implants. By using a flexible base, the restoration can adapt to the constant movement and flexibility in your mouth. Flexible partial dentures are custom-fabricated in a dental laboratory. Most flexible partial dentures involve very simple preparation because your natural teeth dont need to be altered in any way. Flexible partials can be virtually invisible because there are no telltale metal clasps to cover your natural teeth. Furthermore, most flexible materials blend with the tissue in your mouth so that the only thing that shows is your beautiful smile.

11/12/2014 The treatment was fantastic. I was very worried about going to a strange country and to a dentist I didn't know. Stoev and his father worked on me to prepare a difficult and complicated bridge for five hours and I was more or less pain free. The technician came herself for the first fitting and made the alterations and the 7 tooth bridge was fitted within a week and I am delighted with the result. It looks totally natural and is very comfortable. The price was exactly as quoted after he saw the work that needed doing. 1,160 euros for all the work. They are very nice people and made me feel at home. I would recommend this clinic to anyone especially someone on a budget or someone with a busy schedule that doesnt want to face many weeks of appointments to get the work done
