Because of gum infections I thought I needed tooth extraction and implants but Dr Iliev saved 3 of my teeth by performing root canal treatment. Dr Iliev explained to me that he could give me implants but they were not necessary, so I greatly appreciated his honesty and professionalism as it would have been more lucrative for him to have given me implants. The treatment was very quick and I can thoroughly recommend Dr Iliev.
