I had eyelid surgery to correct a drooping eyelid. I could not fault the experience in any way. The consultation was clear, and the actual surgery was as explained. In order to add international experience under his belt, he worked at Boston-Massachusetts University in United States and continued his experience abroad in Nagoya University in Japan. Dr. Uygur has tremendous amount of experience with cosmetic breast procedures such as breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift.Dr. Uygur knows that every woman is unique in both her body shape and desires, and he takes the time during the pre-operative consultation to learn what each patient hopes to gain from breast. lifting. The purpose of this procedure is to lift and tighten. The ""removes and tightens excess skin on and around the breast to restore a perky, more youthful appearance. Women who wish to enhance the size may also consider incorporating breast implants during the surgery to add volume. The ultimate goal during a breast lift is to lift the droopy breast so that the breast projects naturally forward and sits higher on the chest wall. Dr. Uygur will discuss all of the latest techniques used today to accomplish this during the initial  consultation. Mastopexy may be performed in a hospital, under general anesthesia, and lasts from 1 ½ to 2 ½ hours. The three most common incision types are two rings around the areola in a doughnut shape (small-incision mastopexy, generally only recommended for patients with small breasts and minimal sagging), around the areola and down to the breast crease in a lollipop shape, and the lollipop with an additional half-moon incision along the breast crease in an anchor shape. Prior to the surgery, Dr. Uygur makes measurements and markings on the breast to give the desired shape and contour. During surgery, Dr. Uygur  makes the necessary incisions, and then he lifts and reshapes the breast tissue into its new, rejuvenated contour. He moves the nipple and areola higher on the breast and removes extra skin around the perimeter if the areola is enlarged. Excess breast skin is removed and the incisions is closed with stitches. Some of the incisions are hidden in the breast crease. Others will be visible. All scars will mature with time.
Breast Implants TL20000 - TL25000
Dr. Uygur has tremendous amount of experience with cosmetic breast procedures such as breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift.Dr. Uygur knows that every woman is unique in both her body shape and desires, and he takes the time during the pre-operative consultation to learn what each patient hopes to gain from breast augmentation.  During the initial consultation, Dr Uygur will discuss this new, innovative implants.  He helps decide which implant type and implant placement is best for the individual patient. In this way, every one of our patients enjoys completely customized treatment designed with her specific goals in mind. When patients have drooping of the nipple-areolar complex such that a simple augmentation will not give an aesthetically pleasing result, Dr Uygur will recommend a breast lift operation in conjunction with a breast augmentation. Breast augmentation procedures last approximately one and half to two hours and are typically performed with general anesthesia.  The incisions may be in the armpit (transaxillary), in the crease on the underside of the breast (inframammary), or around the areola, the dark skin around the nipple (periareolar).  Most patients feel tired and sore after breast augmentation surgery, but this usually passes in a day or two. Any post-operative pain, swelling and sensitivity will usually diminish in two to three weeks. Dr Uygur permits his patients to resume full aerobic activities on the 31st day after augmentation. 
Breast Reduction TL20000 - TL30000
The breast reduction specialist, Dr. Uygur, offers breast reduction surgery to create smaller breasts and eliminate the discomfort of having excessively large breasts. This procedure removes fat and glandular tissue and tightens skin to produce smaller, lighter breasts that are in a healthier proportion to the rest of the body.This procedure is also implemented as a way to correct an issue of breast asymmetry. The most common incision for breast reduction is what they call “the anchor” or an inverted T. With this kind of approach, the incision is made around the areola, extends vertically down to the breast crease, and then is followed by a horizontal incision in the breast fold. The areola will be repositioned once the breasts have been resized and sculptured. A lift will also be done so that the breasts will be placed higher on the chest. Breast reduction is  done in a hospital under general anesthesia. The surgery usually takes about 2 to 3 hours. Following the breast reduction, the incisions are covered with small bandages. Patients may go back to work within 7 – 10 days and may resume physical activities (such as exercise) between 4 – 8 weeks post-operative. Results following a breast reduction are usually visible immediately after the surgery. Nipple sensitivity will gradually return within a few days to several weeks.
Rhinoplasty TL15000 - TL20000
Dr. Uygur has tremendous amount of experience with cosmetic and functional nose procedures. Dr. Uygur is an expert in the open and closed rhinoplasty technique, which avoids incisions and scars on the outside of the nose. He has used both techniques for thousands of noses, both in primary and secondary procedures. Dr. Uygur knows that every person is unique in both their face shape and desires, and he takes the time during the pre-operative consultation to learn what each patient hopes to gain from nose operation. His focus on balancing the features of the nose with the entire face and maintaining the support and function of the nose lead to beautiful, long-lasting results. While rhinoplasty is primarily performed to change the cosmetic appearance of the nose, it is also performed to help improve nasal function.  The rhinoplasty procedure is performed in a surgical facility under general anesthesia. The procedure lasts up to 2 hours and is considered outpatient. After surgery, there will be swelling and soreness around the nose area. Bruising may or may not occur. The nose will be covered by a splint to reduce swelling. The splint is removed on the 5th post-operative day. Patients will be able to see their results immediately; however, it may take several months for the full results to appear. Most patients can usually return to school or work 1 week following surgery. Full athletic activities, except for contact sports, can usually be resumed in 4 weeks.
