The staff took good care of me before and after surgery and I felt safe throughout my stay. The hotel has also been comfortable and quiet, which has been perfect for resting and recovering. Everything has been very well organised. All my transfers were arranged and the driver has always been on time, so I never had to worry about getting to appointments or back to the hotel. I also have to say how incredibly lucky I feel to have had Nihal throughout this experience. Travelling alone for surgery could have felt overwhelming, but she made such a difference. She has been kind, patient, caring and always there when I needed help, had a question or simply needed reassurance. She made me feel genuinely looked after, and I don’t think my experience would have been the same without her.
