From the first contact with Esra, right through the consultation process, esra was fantastic and was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the surgery I was looking for. Which is a complex surgery, a mini gastric bypass revision to a roux en y bypass, due to severe reflux disease. ESRA enabled me to have a Zoom call with the surgeon to answer all my questions, making me more comfortable with my decision to go to Turkey for this complex procedure. The hospital is state of the art...Drs are extremely good at what they do, plus Esra is there to guide you every step of the way. The communication from making initial enquiries to the aftercare has been excellent and very accommodating for my hair transplant.
