I recently underwent a Tummy Tuck, 360 Lipo, and BBL with Dr. Ersin and his amazing team of nurses—and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional care and professionalism shown throughout my journey. From the initial consultation to post-operative care, everyone was incredibly supportive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Manager Lina, along with nurses Fatima, Berre, and others, were always by my side. Dr. Ersin’s expertise and guidance made me feel confident every step of the way. The hospital was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The nursing staff provided outstanding care and attention. I also want to thank the full support team, including the managers, transfer officer, and hotel staff—especially Lena, Ozam, Barack, Fatima, Berre, Busra, and both day and night nurses. Even the housekeeping ladies at the hotel were super helpful and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Ersin and his team to anyone considering aesthetic surgery in Turkey. Hi everyone! I got my Bbl operation at Road to Smile just a month ago! I felt I owe a huge thank you for the great operation and result to RTS Family :) so A Huge thanks!!! Everything went super well as they informed me before the operation and they explained every little detail about the process! They were so friendly and make me feel comfortable! I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again
