Professor Dr Bekir Atik and his team consisting of another very talented doctor Dr. Memet, his lovely assistant Neslihan and his very helpful and kind nurses Livanur and Kardelen.They are simply top league in terms of knowledge, implementation and follow-up on aesthetic issues and procedures. At the end of August I had an almost 7-hour aesthetic combination surgery. My arms, legs and tummy were tightened because I had a lot skinsaging after I lost 50 kg of weight. When I was researching for clinics and asking around, some clinics turned me down, some doctors didn't want to do such a big surgery. Some doctors recommended that I do this surgery step by step, or it was more about the money. Professor Dr. Bekir Atik wasn't like that. It took a short while before I got a clear yes or no after my request. But his decision was solid and well thought out. Dr Bekir Atik is honest and has a lot of experience. He accomplishes in collaboration with Dr. Memet masterful performance on the human body. I was skeptical at first because Dr. Bekir seemed aloof but upon examination, his actions and skill spoke more than words. After a while, I got warm with him. I trusted the skills of both doctors blindly. These two doctors are just over the top! Super professional and still honest and human. Operations are not just for money here. Neslihan is the chief nurse, the patient advisor and the all-rounder on this team. In addition to medical questions, she never left me alone for a second with any other questions. I can attest to the fact that I have both cried and laughed with her. Just a great and professional person. I can write to her at any time, even after the treatment, if I have any questions. The two nurses, Kardelen and Livanur, are made of sugar. They are patient, open, understanding and respond to all questions and requests. Very cordial and professional. If anything is unclear, the team is very well-networked. You won't be forgotten. And feedback comes quickly. The only criticism of the save medical istanbul concept is the aftercare after the procedure. Points such as raised seats for the toilets or possibly lymphatic massages or massage rollers would be the bonus, THE extra that would make this team and the concept perfect. After the surgery it was very difficult for me to use the bathroom, because everything was sore and painful and the seat in the bathroom in the clinic was too low. Dr. Onur and his team at GCC Gokdemir Clinic did an amazing job with my lower body lift. All the way through the surgery, postop, and all my follow-up appointments. They answer all of your questions, are quick to follow up with you after surgery if you are worried about something, and even will fit you in if needed to get something taken care of. Amazing staff and will tell everyone so. My incision looks amazing and did so just two weeks out. Beautiful work. My advice, go to them and do as they say. Also remember, you get what you pay for.

I was referred to AKL Poliklinigi Clinic as I was told they were world renowned for hair transplant procedures. When I reached out for more information, I received an immediate response from my future Patient Advocate, Ali. He was very informative and kept in contact with me from this point forward and currently still does while I am in recovery. From the moment I arrived at the clinic I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and Ali - I believe this set the tone for my entire visit. I came here to have a much desired hair transplant procedure. Ali met me downstairs and escorted me around the facility and was quite a good translator. He kept me informed of what all the medical staff were saying so I never had a question what they were talking about. All medical staff were professional, organized, knowledgeable, and patient with me even with the language differences. I felt I could fully trust my health and well-being were in caring hands. Through the various rooms I went into I noticed not only was this a state of the art facility, but it was very clean and sanitary as well, which is extremely important to me. The doctors were very meticulous, and did an excellent job - they are true artists. My aftercare was amazing - I cannot say enough about this. I believe the after care recovery is just as important as the procedure itself. I was provided medications with detailed instructions, and how to take care of my procedure post op areas once I flew back home. I am more than happy with my procedure and my results are looking good. Though I am still not fully recovered I can already see what it will look like. I have since referred many colleagues, friends and family, and would definitely choose to come back to AKL Poliklinigi Clinic for any further cosmetic needs.
