In 2016, in Miami, Dr. He had the opportunity to work with Oscar Ramirezi on facelift and plastic surgeon for 2 months and for 1 month in Washington University Seattle children's hospital on craniofacial surgery. In 2018, he became a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery specialist with his flap study on rats. After his specialization, he completed his state service obligation at Tuzla State Hospital (July 2018-September 2020), and his military obligation at Elazig 8th Corps Command (December 2018 - January 2019).
