Since a year and a half I'd suffered from pain at the left testicle, and the sperm cord The first diagnosis was I have varicocele D2, and I've taken the medicine for 3 months and everything was good, after that the pain has been increased significantly especially at the work, gym, or carry overweight things was difficult. Any of my day's activities were dropped because of than the bad thing was every sperm's test show lower values each month finally I've made ultrasonic and I found I have varicocele D3 5 on the left side, and 27 in the right side. It was hard to have a quick decision as it's a critical case, and the tests' values become worse I've made a search on the internet for 3 weeks to understand my case, and realize what is the best method to do surgery.. also I visited many doctors, and once I met Dr Muhsen I found he has experience beside he uses sophisticated tools in order to make the success ratio higher I did the surgery with Dr Muhsen "varicocele microscopic surgery with Doppler "and really It was a great experience as I spent less than 24 hours at the hospital.
