I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health Group back in October 2023. My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish. I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. I was looked after superbly, Rabia and was always there for anything. I have made a friend for life. Rabia truly is a very special person. I would recommend booking through Aurea 100%. I literally cannot fault anything and am so appreciative of everything Rabia did for me! This has been a life-changing experience for me and I will be forever grateful.

My grandmother had a Laparoscopic surgery for her Hernia at Nightingale and the whole experience from beginning to end was great and smooth. The hospital was clean and the doctors were very friendly and patient (even with my grandmother who spoke very little English). They made sure to explain everything as clearly as possible and even used Google Translate to ensure she understood every step of the way. The surgery also went well and she was discharged within 5 days - she has been recovering well since. A special shout-out to Alisher who guided us through the whole process and answered every single one of my many questions, whilst also visiting the ward and checking in on us everyday to ensure everything was going as smoothly as possible. So it's been a week since I had my VSG surgery here and let me just say, it was the best experience ever. First and foremost, I want to thank Kemal so much for all he did for me. He was literally there for me from the first day I sent an email to the hospital, he answered all my questions, did all documentations and reservations for me, followed me to all my pre-op examinations and just about anything I needed. He truly was godsent. He may not have been my surgeon, but he sure was as important to me. Secondly, I would love to thank my surgeon, my dietician and the nurses (I'm seriously not joking when I said everybody was VERY friendly and accommodating). The hospital environment was lovely and I (and my plus 1) were very much taken care of from the moment we were picked from the airport to the moment we were dropped at the airport. I will so HIGHLY recommend HISAR INTERCONTINENTAL HOSPITAL to anyone, any day and anytime. Truly, they are the best.
