From the very first correspondence, Dr Nunes da Costa was warm, informative and attentive. I inquired about breast augmentation and specific implants. Instead of giving me an answer like "yes, this is what we do and how much it costs", he explained everything thoroughly. I was impressed.
I chose to work with him as a result and was not disappointed. Throughout the whole process, he and his assistant treated me as if they knew me for a long time. They took their time to answer all my questions, made suggestions and recommendations.
The consultations and operations do not take place in the same facility, but Dr Nunes da Costa is clear about that. Every location was clean with helpful staff. Even though I do not speak Portuguese, the staff members did their best to ensure I understood the tests, processes and that I was comfortable.
With every interaction, I was touched by their warmth and humanity.
