Having seen a few osteopaths and chiropractors over the years I must say Huw is the best of them. Knowledgeable, good at explaining what your body is doing and most importantly, giving useful exercises to help in the long term. He helped identify my neck issue and I could see immediate improvements after 1st visit. I used to work with him over 20 years ago at Blackbrook Sports Centre, so his experience in this field is decades old and it shows. As is the case with all specialists, the session price is not cheap at £55, but to be pain free or more mobile is worth every penny. I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. I started to see Lavinia in December of last year, after the first appointment the numbness in my leg disappeared. I was so thankful as it was starting to really get me down. I've used this clinic regularly, and the service was very good. First set of treatments was for shoulder pain, which hasn't bothered me since. Second set of treatments was for lower back pain, which was harder to treat. But they gave me diet, exercise and lifestyle advice which helps manage symptoms.

Consultation was basically very tidy. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Andrea was very professional with lots of questions and valuations and then proceeded to explain what could be done what was involved and explain the pluses and minuses. This made me feel very comfortable. Going forward today and I have to say I feel quite comfortable after the treatment.
