Our practice – formerly known as The Osteopathic & Chiropractic Centre - first opened on the Team Valley in Gateshead in 1995, and our experienced team of chiropractors, massage therapists and other health professionals have been helping the people of Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead and the surrounding areas stay active and healthy ever since. Chiropractors use their hands to adjust the joints of your spine and other areas of the body where signs of restrictions in movement are found. This improves mobility and relieves pain.
