Who and what we treatWe regularly offer counselling to people of all ages, including children and teenagers. So if you are suffering from depression or anxiety, or you feel your life is not going anywhere, we are there to help. You may feel isolated and friendless, with no one to turn to. It can help to talk to someone who is independent of your situation and who is not involved in your life.How I work: I describe the way I work as humanistic, person-centred and integrative. I work within the BACPs ethical framework. I offer a safe, friendly place to explore your concerns and I dont judge. I try to understand things from your point of view and, together, we might find different ways of looking at things and new ways forward. What to expect at the first session: Each session lasts for one hour. I will start by explaining what confidentiality means in the counselling context.
