I would highly recommend Ruairi to anyone that is considering entering into a journey of therapy. It is not easy to work on yourself and making a decision about the type of therapist you want to work with is key. I choose him because he is experienced and knowledgeable, his passion stood out. The fact he is continually growing his practice for me personally was something I was drawn to and interested in. His experience and skill set meant that the therapy was specific to me. Over our period of time working together I have discovered many things about myself as a person, I have been honestly blown away by this self discovery. I know that had I not invested in myself and my journey and choose Ruairi as my therapist that I may have never discovered many of these things about myself. As a person he is authentic and speaks openly and honestly. I felt supported and accepted throughout, it was a safe non judgmental place one where I could truly start unpacking bits of myself. The use of different techniques moved me away from the typical talk therapy I had previously experienced and for me this was key in discovering myself all I can say is I tried it and it worked. When I began the journey I was feeling lost, stuck in life, frustrated and anxious this therapy experience has empowered me. It has opened many doors in my life and I am now feeling ready and excited to explore them all. I feel like I never want to stop working on myself. I want to continue to grow as a person as Ruairi has helped me to uncovered parts of myself and has has helped me gather the tools I need to be self empowered to take the action required to start living my life for me. I am excited about where my path is going now and have relaxed into myself and I now have a trusting feeling in life's flow. Believe me this is not how I felt at all when I first began working with Ruairi. He has helped me heal and grow as a person, I now listen to my inner myself and I will be forever grateful to Ruairi for being a part of my Journey and supporting me in the way he has.

Last year was a really REALLY difficult time in my life, and when I signed up for therapy with Ruairi, he said he couldn't believe how well I was dealing with everything, but made me realise that I wasn't actually coping I was just suppressing. We used multiple techniques but mostly I just enjoyed having a listening ear that had a real no bullshit approach. He isn't afraid to tell you when something is wrong and open your eyes when you're dancing around in rose tinted specs! I valued having our time- like I was speaking to a best friend who I could trust my life with. I don't feel like I need therapy anymore but I kind of want it just to have my check ins and have a laugh and feel at ease with Ruairi again! You really will not be disappointed and his accent is the icing on the cake! Thank you so much Ruairi!
