I work with the client to discover their inner strengths and solutions using on the most part, a person centred approach but I also use an eclectic mix of other theories depending on the clients personal needs.  Clients are often unaware that they have the strength and knowledge within themselves to find solutions to the issues they are experiencing.  With a little gentle exploration, coupled with the support counselling/psychotherapy offers they unlock their own answers and this in turn empowers them to take control of their lives.  Changes don't always come easy and to make changes can be pretty difficult but when clients feel supported it enables them to look at themselves in a different way and to make the necessary changes.  Some clients even say "I've never said that out loud" or "it feels good to say that out in the open", and they know that from this point forward they can work towards making changes and feeling better in themselves.   Counselling brings about awareness and when you become aware of what it is that is causing you concern or anxiety, stress or discomfort you can take steps to alter, adapt or change it in order to lead a more contented life.  The ripple effect of change begins in the counselling room but eventually it filters into everyday life.

(Hons.) in Biochemistry (NUI Galway), a Higher Diploma in Psychology (UCD), and MSc. in Health Psychology (NUI Galway).    Each Transflow Proformance consultation offers a combination of three disciplines to better guarantee success.  These are biochemistry to ensure peak physical health and recovery; psychology to provide emotional support; and Transflow Therapy Meditative techniques to help you better deal with life pressures.

Deimante Jaugaite is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. She works with individuals and couples in English, German, Lithuanian, and Russian, using Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. With a background in Banking and qualifications in Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellness, she focuses on holistic treatment and client-centered development. Deimante is open-minded and encourages clients to discuss topics such as intimacy, sexuality, trauma, addiction, and their relationship with themselves and the world. She advocates for mental and physical health, allowing her clients' physical, psychological, spiritual, and sexual selves to be heard and worked with in the therapeutic space. Areas of focus include past and present trauma, relationship issues, sexuality, anxiety, depression, workplace issues, life purpose, isolation, multicultural concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and ADHD. Confidentiality and professionalism are guaranteed.

Edwina Mulvey has practised as a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist since 2003. Using a combination of approaches she can help clients with therapies such as CBT, Person Centred Therapy, Parts Therapy and Hypnotherapy. She believes in an eclectic approach to help clients resolve anything they wish to resolve. She works with people to resolve anxiety, panic attacks, grief, bereavement and loss. Her clients are adults and adolescents. Sessions are one hour long - €50.00 for adults and €30.00 for adolescents.

A qualified Psychotherapist and Career Guidance Counsellor, they are a member of ACI and The Kleinian Association of Ireland, as well as the British Psychological Society. With over two decades of experience, they offer compassionate and transformative services in psychotherapy, adult career guidance counselling, and education.
