Several days later I am still pain free following Myofascial Release AcupunctureVictoria, UK, 02 09 16

Having travelled to Scotland for a tennis match, I started to suffer from severe back pain. The following morning I telephoned a few clinics and Bruntsfield Clinic offered me an appointment the same day at lunchtime. I was treated by Edel McCann who did Myofascial release acupuncture and this worked magically for me. Not only was I able to play the match without pain but several days later I am still pain free. Thank you Edel for your great treatment. I found the clinic efficient, clean, punctual and professional, added to which the treatment was fantastic and well worth the £40. The diagnosis was thorough and careful. Very successful in all aspects. If I lived in Edinburgh I would visit whenever necessary.

Suffering from almost daily severe headachesGraham, Edinburgh, 02 06 17

I was suffering from almost daily severe headaches. Tried everything from Physio, Osteopath, Homeopathy and Pain Management (Drugs) therapies. I knew the pain always originated from the neck upwards. I have now received 4 sessions from Laura at Morningside Chiropractic Clinic. This has resulted in a massive improvement with headaches now far less frequent and my neck has little or no pain. Great value and I now believe in "Healing Hands" I chose Morningside Chiropractic Clinic after an internet search and favorable reviews from this site. I was able to get a 1st assessment and treatment appointment the day after my initial phone call. First impressions.....professional, caring, thorough and confidence in Laura. I would highly recommend this Clinic and receiving Chiropractor treatment as the first point of call for Back, Neck and Muscle Pain.

Within two weeks of massage and electronic pain relief treatment, I was back on the trailMichael, UK, 13 05 18

Over a 4 week period, I had two lower limb/Achilles injuries. With a triathlon season in full flow, this was a blow. Abdur was engaging, explained what he was doing and engaged me on the treatment. Within two weeks of massage and electronic pain relief treatment, I was back on the trail. Highly recommend Abdur as an effective sports physiotherapist who I would use again.

David is a good guy who really knows what he's doingJoe, glasgow, 06 10 16

Had serious nerve pain and other bad symptoms stiffness for 8-9 years look at scalene brachial Plexus decompression. Saw David and was worried but it went very well And after a neck adjustment and trigger point therapymost of my right side nerve pain went away. David then helped me address other pain areas with accupunture and improve my posture. He has also given me helpful tips on how to proceed. Very good. I've seen numerous physios and specialists and this helped me the most. It's not all About the money and follow up appointments either. David is a good guy who really knows what he's doing.

Back Pain Treatment £35 - £55
I’m frequently asked the question “What is the difference between an Osteopath and a Chiropractor?”.I some times wonder “What is the difference between two Osteopaths?”.Both Osteopathy and Chiropractic came into being in the USA in the 1880's.Both Chiropractic and Osteopathy use Spinal Manipulation. Both Professions have developed more subtle forms of treatment such as Applied Kinesiology (Chiro.), Cranio-Sacral Osteopathy and Visceral Manipulation (Osteo.).Currently, in the USA, Osteopaths are considered the same as Medical Doctors. They are very different to British Osteopaths, who still work in the traditional way, i.e. Hands on.Chiropractors in the USA work the same way as they do in the UK.Osteopaths train at one of 3 full time schools in and around London, doing a 4 year degree.Chiropractors train at the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, doing a 5 year Degree. Both professions have overseas graduates working in the UK.Differences between these two Professions can be difficult to identify.I know members of both professions who see patients very frequently, having them pay large sums of money up front.I also know Chiropractors and Osteopaths who are very genuine, honest and caring people. Very knowledgeable and skilled in their professions.Interestingly, as I attend Courses, I find it pleasing to find I’m sharing my time with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths and many other people in my line of work.Personally, if I were in Pain, and needed treatment, I would look for the best recommendation by “Word of Mouth” and not be too concerned whether they were a Chiropractor or an Osteopath.
Myofascial Release £35 - £55
Treatments are tailored for the Patient. It is understood that some people simply do not like osteopathic manipulation, while others like Deep Tissue Massage, or benefit from Cranio-Sacral Therapy.
Spinal Rehabilitation - Neck and Back Injury £35 - £55
The neck frequently causes pain. The neck supports the head, which weighs about 10 lbs. The head turns, nods back & forth and bends side to side. The muscles in the neck perform all these fine movements, and also holds the head in all sorts positions. When a vertebra in the neck is moved slightly out of position, small ligaments are over stretched and the muscles in the area then spasm to protect the neck. This is where osteopathic manipulation can put the vertebra into the correct position, and stop this painful muscle spasm.
