About Glasgow Osteopaths - Natural Health Service
Experienced and trained osteopaths treat all forms of painful musculoskeletal conditions at these three clinics located at the High Street and Garngaber Avenue in Glasgow and at Moss Street in Paisley. Referrals are accepted from local GP practices and hospitals by the team at the clinic. Patients of all ages are treated at the clinic. The team performs the gentle cranial osteopathy for new born babies. A detailed initial assessment is conducted and a treatment plan formulated. Conditions treated include joint and muscle sprains and stiffness, repetitive strain injuries and chronic health conditions, sciatica, whiplash injuries and posture problems.

Asif Allauddin has been a practising Registered Osteopath and a member of the General Osteopathic Council since 1994 in Glasgow. Asif is a co-founder of the Natural Health Service since 1997. Asif has also opened the Lenzie Osteopathic Clinic.
He has an extensive knowledge of the anatomy of the human body, as he was a lecturer of anatomy for 4 years at the Scottish School Of Herbal Medicine.
Asif has also been an active member of the Scottish Osteopathic Society for the past 8 years organising events and courses for other osteopaths.
Using the skills he has and the detailed knowledge of anatomy, he has adopted further skills of structural osteopathy and cranial techniques (see osteopathy for children) after attending a number of further courses. This has enabled him to treat a wider spectrum of problems related to human body from birth to elderly age.

Muniba graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy and Diploma in
Naturopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009 and then spent
three years in London treating patients from a wide variety of backgrounds. She

treatments.

Elspeth graduated
from The European School of Osteopathy in 2013 with a Masters in Osteopathy, and relocated
back to Scotland after several years of studying and working in south east
England. With a keen passion for sport, Elspeth worked as the personal
Osteopath to one of the top tier rugby clubs in Kent. She skates and works with Glasgow Roller
Derby, as well as coaching and sponsoring them.
Elspeth uses a variety of different techniques including
stretching, soft tissue massage, joint articulation, acupuncture, Kinesio
taping and spinal manipulation. She is also trained in cranial osteopathy
- a non-invasive, safe, gentle and extremely effective style of treatment which
can be especially beneficial for those requiring a gentler approach such as
babies, children, mums-to-be during pregnancy or for the elderly/infirm. She utilised these skills to previously run a
private maternity and children’s clinic.
