Excellent service

5 50 Sports Injury Rehabilitation - Strapping and Taping

Sports therapy/ physiotherapy then diet and training. I had gained 15 kilos and couldn't exercise due to pain. However the only way to reduce the pain was to excercise so I was stuck. The clinics range of skills tackled the problem holistically.

Excellent service after fracturing my pelvis in a cycle crash I lost fitness, confidence and motivation. Lee and Mark stabilised physical health then drove me on to regain shape, fitness and knowledge of my heath, diet and exercise needs.

The treatment was good just could have benefited with a little more explanation to what was happening during the treatment. Otherwise I was treated with respect and my treatment needs were well listened to.

The clinic looked a little messy and unprofessional. When you walked in it felt like there should have been a desk to go to and the seating area was very cramped. Otherwise the clinic was functional and acceptable.

I have been a Personal Trainer now for 2 years, but have been studying and working within the fitness industry for 6 years. I studied for 2 years at Elmwood College where I gained my HND Sports Coaching award, I then moved on to Abertay University completing my Bsc (Hons) Sports, Health and Exercise Degree. Fitness Background: My fitness experience started at a local hotel gym where I worked for 4 years, where I carried out fitness testing and programme designing for members.
