I was in absolute agony with my neck and the pain ran up the back of my head and down to my shoulders. I had been like this for several weeks and tried to get treatment through my own doctor but then my niece recommended Marek. He was actually on holiday when I phoned him but thankfully, he still took the call and arranged an appointment. He was such a pleasant guy, very professional, caring and sorted my problem out over a couple of visits. I would definitely recommend him.

I needed an immediate appointment as I was going on holiday 4 days later. I saw Helen the physio consultant who was excellent in every respect. She massaged damaged areas for at least half an hour. Gave me ideas how to reduce the inflammation and exercise instruction to make related areas stronger. I would definitely go back to her, should the need arise. It was very good value. I chose this clinic not only because I live locally but also because it came highly recommended. It couldn't have been better. The person that answered the phone was very welcoming and friendly. I was able to get a quick appointment which was such a huge relief due to an imminent holiday (snow shoe walking in Austria). I left there feeling positive that it wouldn't be necessary to cancel my holiday. As I left I had a warm glow about the whole experience.

I went before going on holiday due to back and neck problems. I have fibromyalgia so it's been ongoing. They managed to fit in two appointments before I go. I had Dr. Malcolm and he was fantastic, really knowledgeable. I had a long consultation and was given exercises to do between treatments. I can't rate this clinic highly enough. I would highly recommend it and will be continuing my treatment. I particularly liked that the Dr. was realistic about what could be done, I would much rather this than fake promises. That said, he has said he can still do a lot to help with my pain levels!!

We found Physio Matters online, we were eager to find someone who did home visits. Colin has been an inspiration for my husband, soon getting him on his feet after major brain surgery which had taken the use of his left side. He gave us hope, confidence & much needed support through our traumatic time. Would recommend it highly to anyone seeking treatment.
