I graduated as a physiotherapist in 2009, since then I have been studying osteopathy and now I am in my final year of training. I help my clients to overcome their muscle and joints problems caused either by sports injury and accidents or daily wear and tear. I also completed postgraduate courses on Muscle Energy Techniques (stretching and relaxation) for spinal and peripheral muscles, Active Release Techniques and Mobilisation with Movement by Brian Mulligan.  In my day-to-day practise I use treatment methods such as Corrective/Rehabilitation Exercises, Deep Tissue and Sport Massage, Joints Mobilisation, Myofacial Release and Trigger Points Therapy.  These are well designed treatment techniques for all muscle and joints problems. I also work in Manchester and in Sykes Osteopathy Clinic in Huddersfield in collaboration with osteopaths and other health care providers.
