I found Marek and was able to quickly and easily make an appointment. He came to my house and was able to examine my knee and work out the cause of the problem, from there he gave me a thorough treatment plan to get me back on my feet. The plan was easy to follow and didn't feel difficult to add to my daily routine and after a few days I began to notice an improvement in my knee. As treatment progressed Marek gave me ways to change the stretches so that I'd be getting the most out of them. My knee feels much better after all of this and I was finally able to start running again. Throughout Marek was professional and helpful, he clearly has a great deal of knowledge regarding the musculoskeletal system and could plainly explain everything in a way that I could understand.
