After an elbow replacement over a year ago resulting in limited movement and constant pain. My husband persuaded to book an appointment with Sam. My NHS consultant had said that there was no benefit in physio as I couldn't force my arm to do something it wouldn't do and that I might always have pain. Sam has proved the consultant wrong. I'm getting more mobility every week and the pain is slowly going. Thank you, Sam.

I attended the clinic months following a fractured T12 and the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Mahdi was very professional at all times. Listened with interest to my concerns/questions and provided me with constructive advice. I had deep tissue massage combined with? electronic massage, ultrasound and exercises to increase flexibility and quality of life. The exercises were not only advised but demonstrated by Mahdi and thereafter I performed the exercises to ensure I knew how to do them effectively. Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.

Andy is a very experienced and qualified physio and I had great treatment and service from him for tendonitis. I was always treated on time and his charges are great value for money and he does not drag treatment out unnecessarily. I would not hesitate in recommending him.

I tried acupuncture for a recent back spasm. Vicki Evans was great, checking in with me each time a needle was inserted. Initial reaction to treatment has been positive, back has eased somewhat.

My knee treatment so far has been great. John, the physio had a look at my difficulties and suggested a scan to ascertain whether I may have a meniscus tear. He also noted an imbalance in my legs, due to one hip being out of balance and immediately treated this. The adjustment has been a relief after years of walking with imbalance. I have an exercise programme and the use of TENS machine and massage each session gives much more freedom of movement without pain. Great value and a very helpful accomplished practitioner.

Tony was great, he provided great instructions on finding his location (it is not that straightforward). He took a full history and checked how I was feeling all the way through the appointment. Due to my history, he performed acupuncture and soft tissue massage on my back, which 1 day later has already seen some improvement. He sent a follow-up text the day after the appointment, to check how I was getting on. I would highly recommend.

I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!
