We also work alongside Consultants, GPs, Pilates instructors, massage therapist, stress managment therapy and podiatry allow us to offer you a complete package of care. We will carry out a complete assessment on your first visit and discuss with you our findings and treatment plan and provide the first treatment session. Treatment may include acupuncture, soft tissue massge, electrotherapy, taping, joint mobilisations, home exercises.
Biomechanical assessment £45
This will consider the alignment of your body. Including foot posture, spinal posture, lower limb posture, pelvic symmetry. This will be related where possible to any pain/ symptoms that you may report. Then a treatment plan will be agreed upon to treat/ manage.
Physiotherapist Consultation £35 - £45
In Peak Health Physiotherapy and sports injury clinics offer Physiotherapy assessment and treatment for a wide range of muscle and joint problems, these include lower back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, whiplash injuries, pain associated with Arthritis. Treatment follows a detailed assessment and always tries to get to the underlying cause to the symptoms, this is importance to prevent reoccurance and the problem/ pain and provide a long- term solution. Treatment may include acupuncture, soft tissue release techniques (including massage), joint mobilisations and manipulations, electrotherapy (eg ultrasound to promote healing), exercises to strengthen or stretch affected areas. We offer a wide range of appointment times from early morning to evening sessions. We are registered with all major health insurers including AXA, BUPA and Healthsure.
Dry Needling £35
This is the use of sterile single use acupuncture needles to stimulate the healing of tendons or relaxing tight muscle tissue.

I had attended the clinic with little hope after seeing many Podiatrist and orthopedic people in Derby, I suffered from ankle pain for over 15 years. The Podiatrist whose name I can not remember was lovely. He made me feel at ease. He assessed me thoroughly and took a cast for orthotics. The orthotics/insoles were issued to me 10 days later and I have never looked back. Thank you, young man. Best of luck. The Clinic also has a footwear shop. They have lovely shoes and the quality beats Clarks. My feet are wide and they stock an amazing stylish range.

I was hospitalised due to my back problem and was advised I needed physiotherapy. I tried getting in touch with the NHS but couldn't get an appointment. I was recommended to Stefan, who is based in Eckington, and I'm so glad I went to him. He has helped me enormously, and I am back to being fully functional. He is very professional and knows his stuff, and worked wonders for me, of which I'm more than grateful for. He has a good rapport with his clients and makes you feel at ease and does his job well. I highly recommend Stefan to anyone that needs physiotherapy. Thank you so much, Stefan, for getting me back to good health and the person I used to be.

Marie was wonderful. She made me feel completely at ease. She explained in detail what the procedure would be, and then step by step as the treatment was taking place. The clinic itself was exceptional, immaculately clean. Once the procedure was complete, we sat down and Marie went over how the treatment had gone and explained the health benefits that I should experience within the next few days. Marie answered any questions I had regarding further treatments. All in all, a warm welcome with no issues to write about. I will definitely be visiting Marie again, and I will be referring my friends and family to her. Many thanks.
