I was recommended to Glossop Physio and to Victoria in particular. I had very bad knee pain and it didn't seem to be subsiding over the period I had it and tried other things. However, Victoria on my first visit explained in detail what had happened to my knee and why it was so sore and how it could be helped.

Both she and John who I saw a couple of times gave me some excellent exercises which certainly helped improve my condition. I now know which exercises to do to help any pain and continue to do them. However if I have problems in the future I will not hesitate to return to Glossop Physio and would recommend them.

Got me back to being pain-free, strong and confident to fully return to exercise

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

Went to see John having used for minor injury in the past. After developing and living with knee pain for 6 months I went to see him where he correctly diagnosed a Cartledge problem (rather than ligament). Cartledge turned out to be torn beyond repair requiring surgery. John has got me back to being pain-free, strong and confident to fully return to exercise.

His 1-2-1 sessions are extremely focused on testing the boundaries of your recovery whilst educating on strength and stretching exercises to be done via his really useful app between sessions to ensure the road to recovery is as optimal as possible.

In addition to his expert knowledge, he is also a genuinely nice chap and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Shoulder treatment I could not lift my left arm above my head. My treatment and the mechanics were explained. I was given exercises to do at home. Appointment time kept to.

Biography:

John graduated from Salford University in 2009. Through University John worked with

Doncaster Knights, Warrington Wolves and Sale Sharks rugby teams. John has gone on to work with many teams including GB Tennis, Tunisian Tennis, Bohemians FC and the Irish National Girls Basketball team. Having suffered many injuries at youth level including shoulder subluxations, rotator cuff injuries and the dreaded cruciate knee ligament injury John not only knows how to treat these injuries he also has the experience of recovering from them.
