Freda diagnosed and treated with ultrasound, tendonitis in my wrist. She sent me away with a set of daily exercises and instructions on the type of splint I needed. Now, 5 days later, it’s so much improved and I’m due back for my 2nd appt in a couple of days.

The assessment was detailed and really helped me understand exactly what was going on with my injury. Everything was explained clearly and in a way that made perfect sense. The hands-on treatment and dry needling were absolutely fantastic, and I felt real relief. I was also given a brilliant, easy-to-follow exercise program that made all the difference. Thanks to their expertise, I’m now back playing tennis completely pain-free, and honestly, even better than before my injury! I first attended the clinic in September 2019 with plantar fasciitis which I had for over 12 months. My physiotherapist was Conor Tierney. I had 6 treatments and was given exercises to do at home. After the 6 treatments/exercises, I can honestly say I now walk pain-free. I still do the exercises on occasion. What helped me with this was the videos that Conor took of me doing the exercises correctly. He sent them to my phone so I had absolutely no excuses not to do them and I could look back to make sure I was doing them correctly. I then attended Conor again in July 2020. I had a problem with my knee. After the first consultation, we discussed my options and plans. I selected the 7 sessions plan. It was very economical. Again Conor sorted me out with exercises and treatments. I would highly recommend Conor at Stepaside Physiotherapy.

After my knee locking coming downstairs I had pain and limping a dread of steps. Matthew explained the muscles that needed to be built up and tailored a programme for me. After 3 appointments I am now back walking with confidence and taking the stairs. Very professional and delighted with the results.
