Highly recommend Davies Physio! I broke my humerus very near the shoulder while walking our dog 3 years ago. The arm was in a sling for 6 weeks. When I was allowed to take the arm out of the sling, I could not lift it at all. After seeing Mark (over a few months, weekly first, monthly later) and also a lot of hard work doing all the exercises at home, I got 95% of movement back. I feel/ am fitter than before the accident. And more aware of movement and posture. And now I hardly feel any difference in the arms, although 1year after - I thought that some pain would remain. A work colleague had recommended MD, and I am glad I went to see him, as I do not think that my arm would be back to normal now. The free HSE physio appeared to be quite useless. E.g.: No stretchy bands to exercise. Hardly any exercises to regain full movement. M. takes his time assessing, recommending exercise to gain movement back. He also uses dry needling if he feels it might be beneficial. And massage was part of the treatment. The cost was €70 for approximately 45min or so (2023), and it is good value. He knows his stuff 👍😊☘️
