Very pleased with Ciaran. Lovely manner and listened to me regarding my pain and, as a consequence, both my treatment at the clinic and the excercises he advised has greatly improved my pain. Would definitely recommend him.

I can testify to this and feel such a huge improvement with my healthGemma, Ireland, 11 03 25

My life has changed since going to Daim clinic! Dani is amazing and cured my back and shoulder pain in a way that I thought was impossible as I have tried a lot of treatments in Dublin which gaves me few days relief He makes you feel so safe and comfortable and explains what is going on in such a clear and relevant way. I had no idea that going to Dani on a regular basis was like a physical adaptogen, helping your body process stress and in turn, preventing serious issues down the line. I can testify to this and feel such a huge improvement with my health I was worried about an 14 hour flight, something that would have crippled me in the past but I was completely fine and I know that's only because of the work Dani had done over time with my back. I can't recommend highly enough how life-changing this can be, I'm so grateful to have found Daim clinic

Kevin Campbell Physical/Neuromuscular Therapist - Kevin Campbell
I had always been interested in healing throughout my adult life, but was not ready to explore it until recent years. Up until 2004, I worked in a job which held little stimulation for me and I lived mainly for  weekends. When I was made redundant in 2004 , I decided to use the opportunity to finally follow my dream. I began by studying Neuro-Muscular Therapy and Sports Massage, because of my keen interest in football, and enjoyed the courses immensely. During my first year as a qualified Neuro-Muscular therapist, I developed a strong interest in Reiki healing, and qualified as a Reiki and Seichim Master in 2007.  I found that many aspects of my life began to change in a positive way, and still continue to change. After completing all the levels of Reiki/Seichim, I went on to do further  energy work with Kathleen Milner (founder of Tera-Mai Reiki), including working with Sakara and Cahokia energies. While working part-time as a Sports Massage and Reiki therapist, I returned to College, this time to study Naturopathy. I was interested in learning in-depth about topics including Bach Flower Remedies, Tissue Salts and Iridology, so that I could integrate this knowledge into my Energy Healing and Sports Massage practice. In the recent years since I began to follow my heart, and to do what I truly loved, I have achieved more  than I had in all my years up to that point. As well as achieving my qualifications in the various therapies, I was also accepte

Everything explained in terms I understood and even insightfulSharon, dublin, 06 02 23

Initial consultation free, thorough collaborative chat and felt very at ease throughout. Had deep tissue laser therapy for post fusion surgery. Everything explained in terms I understood and even insightful. Scheduled plan (package deal of 6 sessions was very affordable comparing on google Dublin) flexible appointments & app: reminders. Excellent outcome for me (decrease in pain, mobility loosening). Have other longstanding issues that would benefit from John's input.John kinda gives you insight into the psychology/physical/pain perception /science of injury/issues (also with links) just helps to understand my own history with back problems. I felt very comfortable, confident and motivated as the treatment went on. He genuinely was interested in my well-being, encouraging me. I never felt rushed. He's funny and caring at the same time. I most definitely will go back with a separate issue.

Pain-free functional movement for participation in occupation and lifestyle activities is desirable. Many components comprise pain-free functional movement including adequate posture, ROM, muscle performance, motor control, and balance reactions. Impairments of each component could potentially alter functional movement resulting in or as a consequence of pain. Utilizing the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), the clinician is able to identify key functional movement patterns and describe the critical points of assessment needed to efficiently restore functional movement. This approach is designed to complement the clinicians existing exam and intervention model with the prescription of movement based therapeutic exercise.
Back Pain
Dry Needling involves multiple advances of a filament needle into the muscle in the region of a “Trigger Point’. The aim of Dry Needling is to achieve a local twitch response to release muscle tension and pain. Dry needling is an effective treatment for chronic pain of neuropathic origin with very few side effects. This technique is unequaled in finding and eliminating neuromuscular dysfunction that leads to pain and functional deficits. The needle used is very thin and most subjects do not even feel it penetrate the skin. A healthy muscle feels very little discomfort with insertion of this needle. However if the muscle is sensitive and shortened or has active trigger points within it, the subject will feel a sensation like a muscle cramp -‘the twitch response’. The patient also may feel a reproduction of “their” pain which is a helpful diagnostic indicator for the practitioner attempting to diagnose the cause of the patients symptoms. Patients soon learn to recognize and even welcome this sensation as it results in deactivating the trigger point, reducing pain and restoring normal length function to the involved muscle.
