However, it’s not just for the serious athlete.  Sports Massage can benefit anyone participating in sports, exercise or strenuous activities. Keeping muscles and tissues supple helps to prevent injury. Addressing an injury as soon as it happens can help speed up recovery time and insure better recovery so ensuring less problems in the future. I've been given clear week by week rehab work and targetsEamon, Ireland, 14 03 18

Highly recommended. I have received excellent treatment with Conor for my plantar fasciitis (tear) injury. Since my first appointment, I've been given clear week by week rehab work and targets which have resulted in me returning to play (in time for my team's first competitive outing of the season) and have allowed me to return in good condition also. Before this I had been going to different physios, receiving different feedback with none really having a confident POA for me. For such a tricky injury that had been persisting for a long time, from the first appointment all of my questions have been clearly answered and a step by step plan was prepared. Whereby if I put in the work and hit the targets, the improvement was clear and I moved on to the next stop the following week. My treatment is not complete but I'm very confident as long as I continue to follow Conor's advice the injury will not reoccur.

She doesn’t just massage your body, she massages your soulNiamh, Ireland, 19 11 17

Her approach to massage is very holistic and I have no hesitation giving her a 5 star review. Maria doesn’t just massage your body, she massages your soul! She is exceptionally kind, warm and caring, not to mention strong. You can tell that Maria takes pride in every aspect of her treatment. The clinic is welcoming, warm, tidy and clean. I couldn’t fault it. I was also impressed with how beautifully her vouchers are presented.

She explained my back problem very well to mePhilip, Dublin, 30 03 16

I rang for an appointment & got one the following day, much to my relief. I had a lower back pain as a result of a joint pull around the lower spine area. This caused muscle/ tissue pain. On my visit to the clinic after a consultation I received massage treatment to this area to help the joint & muscles. I was also given excercises to strengthen this area. I received great help with just one visit. I found the therapist very welcoming & professionl. She explained my back problem very well to me. Using the exercises I was given over the following two weeks I am greatly improved .
