I first attended the clinic in September 2019 with plantar fasciitis which I had for over 12 months. My physiotherapist was Conor Tierney. I had 6 treatments and was given exercises to do at home. After the 6 treatments/exercises, I can honestly say I now walk pain-free. I still do the exercises on occasion. What helped me with this was the videos that Conor took of me doing the exercises correctly. He sent them to my phone so I had absolutely no excuses not to do them and I could look back to make sure I was doing them correctly. I then attended Conor again in July 2020. I had a problem with my knee. After the first consultation, we discussed my options and plans. I selected the 7 sessions plan. It was very economical. Again Conor sorted me out with exercises and treatments. I would highly recommend Conor at Stepaside Physiotherapy.

Phil. Dublin. July/August 2022. I have recently attended Physiofusion with a problem in my lower back. Eva Flunkert gave me excellent treatments together with some valuable exercises and advices that I adhered to between my visits to Physiofusion. I would recommend Physiofusion for their attention to detail in discussing a problem and thereby obtaining the desired result.

I’m a firm believer in the art and craft of chiropractic care, and Dr. Alison Anderson’s methods did not disappoint. A recent trapped nerve in my lower back had literally crippled me, but trusting in my faith in chiropractic care, I was back on the road to recovery within about four 20-minute sessions over two weeks. I was soon able to walk my dogs and bend down without the fear of collapsing.
