Following an accident (fell backwards from a height) I am receiving Tecar Treatment. The pain I was experiencing completely took over my life. When in bed I couldn’t even turn without help. Brian is a lovely guy and puts you at ease immediately. His purpose-built studio is kitted out very professionally. I can highly recommend Tecar Therapy. It’s a non invasive therapy and very soothing on soft and deep tissue. My injury is in the lumbar area on an old injury. I have made substantial progress with Tecar without taking anti inflammatory or pain relief medication (I’m allergic). I can highly recommend Brian The Cottage Clinic and Tecar Therapy.
I was recommended by my friend to visit KM injury clinic for Physio as I was struggling with back pain and stiffness for a while. I was booked in with Dave, who I found extremely professional and he assessed my back. He gave me exercises to do each day to strengthen my back and massaged out the knots which I had. After 4 weeks of seeing Dave, my back has improved immensely, and I feel stronger and able to move with ease. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone.
