Tracy can help with:  back pain, neck pain, joint pain, muscle tension, inability to relax, headaches, shoulder pain, elbow pain and much more! Initial consultations include a review of your problem, medical history and a full clinical examination.  This will be followed by discussing a treatment plan with you, and if you agree, you will get gentle and effective treatment to help ease your discomfort.  Consultations last between 45 and 60 minutes, and cost £50. Follow up treatments last 30-40 minutes and cost £45. Where it will benefit you, Tracy will provide you with advice to improve your work posture and - if appropriate - your desk and seating arrangements.  No fad exercise and diet advice may also provided in order to ensure that the benefits of your treatment last and that you make fast progress.
