I had lens replacement. The hospital was so clean, the doctor was so polite, talked me through everything. He had to do tests, pre-op and operation. He never kept me waiting. His work was 10/10. The staff were lovely. I looked around for a bit to find the best eye surgeon in Turkey and believe me, I found him. His work was skilfully precise and bang on. I had LASIK surgery at this hospital and couldn’t be happier. I chose Dr. Bahadir because Djidda, the coordinator, was very informative, reassuring, and quick to respond. My LASIK procedure went very well, with only a couple of hours of expected discomfort afterward. When we arrived, after speaking with Dr. Bahadir, my dad decided to have lens replacement surgery. My mum also wanted to, but after consultation and tests, Dr. Bahadir advised against it, and we appreciated his honesty and transparency. Djidda accompanied us throughout the process, translating and assisting, which was extremely helpful. It was also very reassuring to have our surgeries at Antalya’s largest and most well-known private hospital. The service was excellent, and the VIP taxis were a wonderful touch. Even now that we are back home, both Dr. Bahadir and Djidda are available to contact, so we can call or message them with any questions. My experience was so positive that I have some friends now looking into going as well. Highly recommended!
I recently decided to improve my vision by having new lenses inserted in both eyes. From my initial appointment—where I received comprehensive testing and a thorough examination—through to the surgery itself and all follow-up reviews, the entire team, led by Dr. JD Ferweda, were consistently courteous, friendly, and highly professional. The European Eye Centre is exceptionally clean, well-organised, and equipped with what appears to be the latest technology. I felt confident and well cared for throughout the entire process. I wish I could recommend this clinic higher than 5*. They were amazing. I flew from the UK for my laser eye procedure. They were very professional, promptly replied to my emails and ensured my experience was perfect. As someone with high astigmatism, I did not know how they could correct my eyes. I contacted the hospital at night requesting a possible surgery the next day so I could still catch my flight the day after. The Doctor and his team were extremely organized, and very detailed and ensured I had a successful surgery. I was able to catch my flight the next day out of Istanbul without any medical issues. I was booked for a free eye check during my next visit to Istanbul to confirm that my eyes were in perfect condition. The whole experience has been top class. I chose Praga Medica as they were competitive in pricing and because the reviews online were positive. Daniela was most helpful in communications lead up to the actual treatment sessions, clear and concise. I found all the staff at NeoVize polite and professional. A translator was provided however this was not really needed. The clinic is very easy to find, a two minute walk from the metro station in Prague. The actual surgery (I had monofocal lens replacement) was less than ten minutes for each eye (performed on separate days) and was painless. I have to say that I am astounded by the results and can see brilliantly for the first time in my life. I cannot recommend Praga Medica highly enough. The surgery has been life changing!
