It is approx. 4 miles from Ballineen/Enniskean and 6 miles from Clonakilty. On a first visit, I will take a full medical history and talk to you in depth about your health problem. The appropriate treatment will then follow. A first visit with treatment will usually take  up to 1 hour 30 mins. Subsequent visits will be from 45 mins to 1 hour. All acupuncture needles used are single use and pre-sterilised in accordance with Acupuncture Council of Ireland code of practice.   Appointments available between 9am - 9pm  Mon - Fri. and 2pm - 6pm Sat.  Visits by appointment only.

I offer my treatments in a dedicated room in my house providing a calm quiet oasis where my clients can take time out to aid the healing process. Providing the client with a calm space to relax in is the first step and all treatments are tailored to the client's own specific needs. I take a holistic approach to all my treatments, I believe passionately in treating the whole person mind, body and spirit. All treatments are provided in a professional manner and are totally confidential. I trained in Green Tara College in Navan. I qualified in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Usui Reiki. I have completed a course in Anti natal care and reflexology in the anti natal period. I also lecture and train students in Reflexology to ITEC level.
