I came to Reflexology through a love of touch therapies.  It started when I had severe back pain, too painful for anyone to treat.  I was recommended to try Reflexology and I was so impressed I became therapist.  I am passionate about the health and well-being of others. Reflexology is not a cure, but it is a very good accompaniment to conventional medicine.  It is applied by manipulating the reflexes of the feet, hands, face or ears between the fingers and thumbs of the therapist..  You can experience the most indulgent pampering treatment of your feet as this ancient art is a safe, gentle therapy that boost the body's own healing process and helps combat stress.  The reflex points are mapped directly to the organs in the body creating energy flow and rejuvenation. I had been thrown from a golf cart and I've been in pain for a long time. I spent 8 years and hundreds of pounds going to various practitioners trying to fix my back and then I found Steve as I sat crying and thumbing through yellow pages - he was a godsend! Within half a dozen chiropractic sessions combined with acupuncture I was back to normal, pain-free and now just have maintenance appointments every few months. He is not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced but professional and yet friendly too so immediately puts you at ease. He is also polite, kind and when looking for someone to trust with your back all these things matter. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone knowing they would be in safe hands.

I found Nick Birch understood my problem from the start of the appointment, having had a conversation with me beforehand. He took note of the way I was moving and explained the causes, did a thorough bone density scan and gave me a run-down on the meanings of the various measurements on the diagrams. He told me that the way forward would be to have exercises and stretches and as I had been to Sarah on previous occasions to have further physio appointments with her. Later the same day he followed up with a letter to me confirming his analysis and recommended treatment and letting me know the letter would also go to other parties involved, including my GP. I was very heartened by my visit which has given me renewed determination to do my part in improving my condition.
