At Focus Pilates, located in the heart of Ranelagh Village, classes are led by fully qualified Pilates and Ballet instructor. Concentration, control, precision, centering, flow of movements and breathing are the principles on which the Pilates technique is based on.This method is based on specific and controlled exercises designed for a full body conditioning which pays particular attention to the correct alignment of the spine (neutral spine) and the pelvic area. Frances is a State Registered Nurse since 1980, with over 35 years’ experience working in the healthcare sector, she graduated with a Licentiate in Acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland and Nanjing University China in 1999.
