Very pleased with the treatment I've received from Charles. He identified the source of the pain in my lower back, and after the first treatment - manipulations that were painful in a good way - I felt looser and could walk much more easily. Over the long term, the exercises he has given, mostly to improve my posture, are really helping.

I started visiting Health on Hand recently as I was getting bad shoulder, neck and arm pain. Tom is lovely and very helpful in how he helps my pain. After having 4 sessions I can now move my arms high above my head and my neck doesn’t hurt when I turn my head. I expect to go more occasionally now to help keep things in good working order. This feels absolutely marvellous after all the problems I have been experiencing. Thank you, Tom and all of the kind staff that work for you. You are all a lovely team.

Been seeing Thomas for a few years. Originally went with a bad back, not sure what was wrong. He soon diagnosed and I had regular treatments and advice on how manage my problem. I just see him every 3 months now for check up and treatment. Very happy with my treatment and Thomas!

I have been a patient for a few months now and have had excellent treatment from Scott for back and neck problems. I then developed a trapped nerve in my shoulder during the coronavirus lockdown when the clinic was closed. I was so grateful to get help online from Thomas by video link a few times. It was a lifesaver and it was free of charge.
I am continuing my treatment with Thomas and Bella and am making progress.

They are all excellent chiropractors and are all very friendly and professional. The same goes for the receptionists. They are always helpful to oblige with requests to change appointments. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is in need of a good chiropractor.

I have been a client of Health on Hand for about four years now, and more recently have been under the care of Thomas who is so professional in his manner and expertise in his treatment on me. I have a regular four-month check-up which I look upon as maintenance on my back and spine and neck. However, if anything else needs attention I know I only have to make an appointment and it will be treated. The care I receive is so important to assist me to continue to play walking football which I have now been doing for the past five years, and long may it continue. Also, all the reception staff are polite and helpful in giving customer care.
