My dental care at International Smiles was a success, so far. I am back in Florida now, and I can assert from the services received, that Dr Castano and her staff are exceptional. My procedures required the elimination of an infection from a previous Dentist in Boynton Beach, who did not perform a root canal effectively after two tries. I highly recommend the business, for their holistic procedures, and quality dental at great savings from U.S. prices. Modern facility, very clean and hygienic. The staff is warm and pleasant, and I am sure that upon your visit, you too will agree. Will be back in 8 months, to continue my care.

The best treatment so far, I consulted together with my family members and had tested all their products, so far no side effects, my ulcer cured, my mom stopped using dozens of medicine and focus only on their natural medicines. Highly recommended.

I chose this clinic because I’d attended it years ago and was familiar. I didn’t get the results I wanted because you have to have multiple sessions before it’s effective. The treatment, as well as the Chinese herbs, are very expensive. I have a few medical conditions I was treating with the acupuncture. I think I went for four half-hour sessions at the clinic. The herbs didn’t really agree with me. However, I was treated very well and enjoyed my experience there.

My GP suggested that I should get CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) for my OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). I have to admit that I was skeptical but was willing to try anything. I found OPAL on the What Clinic site through an Internet search. I was put in contact with Ray James and he explained the concept of CBT so well that I felt re-assured. I had eight sessions in total and Ray helped me so much during these. I learnt effective coping strategies and he helped me to confront my OCD. I can now manage this and live life more fully. I have no hesitation in recommending Ray as a first class therapist.

I had an ultrasound on my neck and thyroid, the overall experience was perfect. Everything was explained in detail, I knew the cost before the exam, which I thought was excellent value. I have had five sessions of acupuncture for severe daily migraines which I have been unable to treat with medications and massage for years. This has worked. I saw a considerable reduction in daily headaches to having two in four weeks. I have not had one since last week. I had a combination of reflexology and acupuncture today which was an excellent service. I would recommend this therapist. She seems to be very experienced. I wish I had visited her sooner.
