I was in terrible pain with my shoulder muscle on my right side and saw a lovely lady called Laura. She was absolutely exceptional and just after one visit I can’t tell you the difference. I feel so happy that I went to them after being recommended to them I rang them only today at 2 pm and by 5.30 they had a cancellation and saw me. Already I can start to feel the benefit of Laura's work. Thank you so much I think I might actually sleep tonight after two nights without sleep, AMAZING SERVICE.

Michelle Flynn is a senior practitioner of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine with a special interest in nutrition. She obtained her BSc HONS degree at both Middlesex University, UK & Beijing University, China. The 5 year full time degree programme she undertook is respected as the highest Chinese medical degree. Part of her clinical practice included training in the UK at North Middlesex Hospital , The Whittington Hospital and The Asante Academy of Chinese Medicine and an internship in 2 of Beijing's most reputed hospitals of both western medicine and Chinese medicine; The Xi Yuan Hospital & The Japanese Chinese Friendship Hospital. After graduation in 2006 Michelle was offered a teaching position at the Asante Academy of Chinese medicine where she supervised students through their clinical practice. She also ran the pain clinic and Ante Natal Care Unit at The Whittington Hospital. Michelle has been practicing in her private clinic(s) for over 16 years. I was covered in skin tags on my chest and stomach and went to the Skin Balance Clinic at the Wellbeing Clinic at Headington to see if anything could be done about them. Helena explained the process at every stage and allayed any fears I had. She has such a calming voice and a lovely bedside manner that immediately put me at ease! All in all, she removed between 80 and 100 skin tags - quite a mission. After about a day, small scabs start to form which is all part of the healing process and after about 3 weeks, they naturally clear up. Now I've never seen my chest and stomach feel and look so smooth. I'll definitely go back to Skin Balance Clinic for more of the same treatment. It was well worth it, especially with summer approaching, I'm a lot less self-conscious. Thanks, Helena!

I visited the clinic today for joint and back pain. I was given a thorough consultation and was given a professional opinion and an idea of future treatment. I liked the kind manner in which I was told about my problems/condition and it was delivered in a way I could relate to. I felt at ease asking questions and felt comfortable throughout the visit. Booking was easy and I will definitely be continuing treatment there and highly recommend The Carlton Clinic.

I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

Reiki is a very calming treatment and can help still the mind, reduce stress and assist relaxation both emotionally and physically. It is beneficial for everyone and will not interfere in any way with conventional treatments.
