Our practice – formerly known as The Osteopathic & Chiropractic Centre - first opened on the Team Valley in Gateshead in 1995, and our experienced team of chiropractors, massage therapists and other health professionals have been helping the people of Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead and the surrounding areas stay active and healthy ever since. Our practice has a fairly simple goal: To help each of our clients perform at their best, no matter what their age or stage of life.
