Pain Management - Alternative Treatment Europe

I have been having treatment for about 6 months to tackle my endometriosis pain. Simone has worked her magic and along with some Chinese herbs I have been pain-free. I would definitely recommend Barefoot Medicines. Simone makes you feel very relaxed. I was surprised at how quickly she was able to tell me what my problems were and how my symptoms disappeared with regular appointments.

My GP suggested that I should get CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) for my OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). I have to admit that I was skeptical but was willing to try anything. I found OPAL on the What Clinic site through an Internet search. I was put in contact with Ray James and he explained the concept of CBT so well that I felt re-assured. I had eight sessions in total and Ray helped me so much during these. I learnt effective coping strategies and he helped me to confront my OCD. I can now manage this and live life more fully. I have no hesitation in recommending Ray as a first class therapist.

I chose this clinic because I’d attended it years ago and was familiar. I didn’t get the results I wanted because you have to have multiple sessions before it’s effective. The treatment, as well as the Chinese herbs, are very expensive. I have a few medical conditions I was treating with the acupuncture. I think I went for four half-hour sessions at the clinic. The herbs didn’t really agree with me. However, I was treated very well and enjoyed my experience there.

I have always found Louise to be extremely thorough in finding my niggles /pains and giving me the correct information and advice to go forwards and to have made the most out of my visits to her - Thank you thank you.

I have had five sessions of acupuncture for severe daily migraines which I have been unable to treat with medications and massage for years. This has worked. I saw a considerable reduction in daily headaches to having two in four weeks. I have not had one since last week. I had a combination of reflexology and acupuncture today which was an excellent service. I would recommend this therapist. She seems to be very experienced. I wish I had visited her sooner.

As long as I could remember, I was afraid of speaking in front of people, asking strangers anything or starting a conversation with a person that attacked me. My Hypnotherapist relaxed me during his initial session and showed me how to conquer my circle of confidence and extend it to wherever I have to be and want to go. Today, after only 6 sessions, I deliver in-house training, provide initial training courses to our company's new customers, and I got my first relationship on a night out with colleagues.
