I have been a therapist and a coach since 1997. Following training in Brief Therapy, Hypno-Psychotherapy, Coaching and NLP as well as a long background as a mindfulness meditation teacher, I have developed an integrated approach to therapy (I call it transformative therapy) which quickly resolves problems, quickly makes you feel better and gives you a new sense of self. I see or talk to people for between 1 and 12 sessions, though on average I see people for 4 ninety minute sessions.

Stepping Stones is set in tranquil surroundings within the small town of Clevedon, offering a safe confidential space to discuss your issues Hypnotherapy has been shown to be very effective in treating a variety of different issues. In order to assess how we can most effectively help you, you will be invited to an initial consultation, which will take around 90 minutes. This will give you the chance to talk through the difficulties you are experiencing and also have the opportunity to experience a light hypnotic trance. We will then work together to devise an effective treatment plan.
