I flew to Turkey from Ireland to get rhinoplasty and buccal fat removal which were performed by the Surgeon Dr Gorkem Atsal. My experience with the doctor and his entire team has been absolutely lovely. Dr Gorkem has done thousands of rhinoplasties and he is very competent and extremely caring towards his patients. He listened to my concerns during the consultation and gave me his professional opinion which alleviated my anxiety about the whole procedure and recovery. My surgery was uneventful ,with little to no bruising on my face. I had no post op pain and very minimal bleeding. I was discharged from the hospital the next day with instructions and pain medication. The whole team was highly supportive and courteous towards me, answering my every concern with great care and compassion. The post op day 3 and 4 were a bit uncomfortable as with rhinoplasty the nasal congestion is expected, which I dealt with by sleeping while my head being elevated and use of ice packs. My nasal splints were removed after 5 days and I absolutely love my final results and can't wait for the nose to fully heal in the coming weeks and I sincerely thank, from the bottom of my heart, to Dr Gorkem and his entire team. I cannot be grateful enough for the care i received and I absolutely love my results. I would highly recommend Dr Gorkem Atsal to anyone if they want to get plastic surgery in Turkey.

My experience starts to end: Picked up swiftly and transported in a comfortable vehicle from the airport to the hotel. First day we had free as our appointment was moved back one day, which worked out well as we got to explore Istanbul - the hotel was very far away from the old city but a taxi was relatively cheap to get there - it was the best choice. The day of the surgery came, and we were picked up very early. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Got my hair shaved first, and then the design was planned - I had opted for the filling in of temples and straightening the hairline (naturally), eyebrows and beard to be fuller. The sedation didn’t work. I’ve had sedation multiple times before without issue, but this time, not an ounce of sedation either time they tried it. Unfortunately, that was the same for my partner and another couple from our hotel - not sure the sedation used is strong enough - lightheaded at best. This meant I felt every single injection, and this was excruciating. I’m not great with pain, so maybe I felt it more than others, but god, it hurt. Once numb, the procedures started, and all went relatively well; any pain was quickly numbed again to continue. Was in the chair 8 hours, but stopped for breakfast and lunch. Very happy with the results after - will now wait for 6 months to pass to see the final results :) One star lost purely as the sedation didn’t work, and that was the whole reason I chose this company.

I researched the hair transplantation centers a lot. I found Aslitarcan clinic, I contacted. They answered all my questions, I did my surgery comfortably, eeverything is fine my 4 months are up.
