I had a wonderful experience with HealTrip Global for my rhinoplasty surgery. From the moment I contacted them through WhatClinic, Sweeta was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She provided me with all the necessary information, answered my questions promptly, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. The clinic itself was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and professional. The doctor who performed my rhinoplasty was highly skilled and experienced. They listened to my concerns, understood my desired outcome, and provided expert guidance. I felt reassured knowing that I was in capable hands. Although there was some swelling following the surgery, which is expected with any procedure, I was amazed at how beautiful my nose looked. The doctor's expertise truly showed in the final result. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my rhinoplasty. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Sweeta, the doctor, and the entire team at HealTrip Global. I underwent a hair transplant 15 days ago and I particularly appreciated the professionalism of the entire medical profession of the clinic Promed. I am very happy with the result and I would like to thank Khawla in particular, who knew how to inform me perfectly before coming to Turkey and who was always there to answer all my questions. Khawla is always available even late at the end of the day to respond to the patients she is in charge of. I blindly recommend this clinic!!

The Clinic staff is great, very modern, perfectly organized from the beginning to the end. They pick you up from the airport, bring you to the hotel. The hotel has shuttles to and is only 10 mins drive, very convenient. The procedure itself was also good, lasted 7 hours, the staff is very attentive and caring, true professionals. The pain is only the day after the operation but can be managed with pain killers, all in all, went great and now waiting for the results. Highly recommended. Great team, Aslı Tarcan.

(Date of the operation: 19/09/2019) Overall very happy with the experience. I am happy with results so far (1 month after the operation). I totally recommend Dr Resul. I have a few observations regarding the nurses but other than that everything was perfect. I would rate my experience as a 4/5. Below are my reviews regarding the whole process: Things I liked: 1) Fikret was very nice and helpful. 2) Dr Yaman was very good and professional (which is the most important aspect). 3) Dr Yaman brother (responsible for the hair extraction) was also very good and professional. Things I did not like: 1) nurses: some of them were helpful and professional, others were not, see below: a) some of them put their welfare ahead of the patient's, in this case, me, e.g., I was feeling very cold and I asked to control the room temperature twice but they ignored my needs and they had me freezing for many hours until I asked for a blanket. b) One of the nurses was causing me a lot of pain during the anaesthetic, and she was very annoyed when I showed signs of uncomfortableness. At some point, I had to stop her from touching my hair and asked for Fikret to come along. c) Two of the nurses were having a cold, and they were coughing during the operation. d) Most of the nurse staff cannot speak English which makes it hard to communicate. 2) Short power cuts in the building occurred multiple times.
