Elbha is based in Malahide, Co Dublin and has extensive dietetic experience based in both the public and private sector. Elbha has worked as a registered dietitian for the past 9 years. She has worked throughout the United Kingdom within the NHS in both out-patient and in-patient settings and has recently returned home to Ireland after a number of years working in Bahrain. Elbha's aim is to always provide appropriate and accurate advice, both verbal and written, in an easy to understand, interesting and informative manner. Eden Studios is a bright, clean airy studio (no more dusty, breezy school halls!) in the heart of Blackrock Village, Co Dublin.  Less than 2 mins walk from Blackrock DART station. Mats, water, changing facilities provided.  Just bring loose clothing and an open mind.  Our lunchtime classes also include a FREE lunch for you to take away after class. All our teachers are qualified Yoga and Pilates instructors allowing us to offer a very rounded and knowlegable approach to our classes, especially our very popular Fusion classes.
