During your 12 week programme you will learn how to respond to hunger signals and begin to understand the difference between ‘needing food’ and ‘wanting to Eat’. There is no avoiding the fact that exercise is a vital part of losing weight. I will teach you how to have a naturally motivated ability to perform regular gentle fitness which will fit into your busy life.
