John transformed my life. I worked with John over a long period of time. When I met John, I was lost, trapped in a very unhappy, toxic and abusive relationship with no self-esteem. John has a very targeted approach to supporting you to heal and transform your life. He helped me put things in place so I could learn to live my life free from addiction and trauma. At the time, I was in a very bad situation and was overcome with addiction. Not only did he help me put the pieces of my life back together and teach me how to put one foot in front of the other. He taught me to flourish as a human being; he taught me my worth. Today I am 8 years clean and sober, and I work as a college teacher, which I absolutely love. I no longer look for approval from others or get myself into situations I shouldn't. John gave me my life back, and I will be forever grateful. Children and adolescents experience loss differently from adults.  Losing a loved one is difficult and made more complex by normal developmental changes.  Behavioural changes and regression is not unusual during this time however these symptoms are often misread or misunderstood.  Talking to someone outside the family during this time can be beneficial and I provide age appropriate support in a safe and confidential space.An initial consultation and consent from a parent/guardian is required.

I can't recommend this place enough! I had my ADHD assesment done here and the efficiency and professionalism is top notch!! I was waiting for an appointment at a different clinic for over 6 months and my GP referred me to Zak Powers instead. I got scheduled right away and had my appointment only a couple of days after contacting the clinic. The communication is excellent, same for the management. 10/10!
