Dr. Torun for a mole removal, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The quick appointment availability was a relief, and Dr. Torun's service was top-notch. They performed the mole removal and sent it away for a biopsy with utmost professionalism. Not only that, but Dr. Torun's friendly and approachable demeanour made the whole process comfortable and reassuring. I am a visitor to Thailand and I have now been to Dr. Yada 2 times. I came all the way from the USA to use her services. I have twice done the SylfirmX Treatment combined with neurotoxin. I wanted to spend some time writing a review about my experience. First, let me start by saying up front. This is 5 stars quality similar or equal to what I would get in the United States. I have done some treatments out there as well and there are a lot of advantages to coming to Thailand. The experience: When you enter Dr. Yada's Central Office on Maman Mansion Road, you are welcomed by a professional, well-dressed, extremely courteous and sweet staff. They treat you like a special guest. Because I was new, they educated me on what procedures were available by showing me videos, related pricing, and explanations to my questions. Once they learned a bit, they eventually took me in for a consultation with Dr. Yada where I decided to try SylfirmX. I paid for the service which was a very reasonable rate, roughly half of the price in the US if not less. After that time, they photograph you from multiple angles, give you some slippers and take you to apply a numbing agent. You spend about an hour with the numbing agent so that your face is numb enough for the procedure. The entire time, the staff is incredibly sweet and reassuring. I cannot emphasize enough how great the entire team of Dr. Yada's is. They are amazing and Dr. Yada is so nice to everyone. They feel like a welcoming family. Then you go onto the treatment. They seem to be using the very best equipment. Lasers that are FDA approved. Dr Yada knows all the latest issues about anti-aging treatments and comes up with a plan that is suited to you. In my case, it's SylfirmX with microneedling. During the entire procedure which lasts around an hour, her team is assisting Dr. Yada who does the procedure herself. It's a little bit of pain of course, but they are there the entire way to make you feel wonderful. After the treatment, they give you an aftercare program and follow up on "Line" to keep track of you and have you send pictures of your progress. They never bother you but are always helpful! I had no idea what to expect with Dr. Yada but I had followed her line for a few years before I finally went. I feel like this decision to visit Dr. Yada changed my life. People are telling me I look great...I believe Dr. Yada's treatment is the reason. They turned a weakness, my skin, into a strength in just a few visits. Thank you Dr. Yada and your Team! I am so thankful to the person who recommended About Face to me. I had a prominent blemish in my face which one of the clinicians, Anne, treated with electrolysis. Anne was so helpful, friendly and professional, putting my mind at ease and talking me through the treatment. After a short 15-minute treatment, my blemish has gone! My appointment was the 18th Aug, took about 10mins + - , I initially came for 1 Laser treatment for my mole above my left eyebrow. I took a chance to ask Dr Baker if the quote was just for the one and he was too happy to remove all the moles on my face(11moles) and it was affordable. Lulu the receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful. She gave me added advice on taking care of the scabs/healing. Both she and Dr Baker was extremely helpful. Sometime after my scabs are fully healed I will definitely be coming in to remove the marks caused by acne off my face. I already received a quote and in the detailed description, of how it will be done and the time it will be healed. It was quite easy to find the office as it's the first office on your right when you enter the office floor. I trust this review is helpful for all who reads.

I have been going to see Dr. Sylvia for the past 5 years, she has an incredible bedside manner. She is patient, answers all your questions, and also educates on each procedure. Her aid Rosi, has over a decade of experience and has been a great addition to the team. Over the last few years, I have done laser, fillers, facials, vitamins both in my face and body. I even trust her with my mom. I look forward to many more years with her. For reference I am 41, and my mom is 69.

Took my daughter to remove some moles. She did an acne treatment as well. Going back again to get a detox facial treatment for the whole family.

My surgeon, Bilal, phenomenal, he explained everything in terms I can understand before and during the surgery as it was about to happen. The nurse, Kate, delightful and helpful. Talked me through my x-ray weeks earlier, and booked the extraction for a date and time that best suited me and it was great to see a familiar face for the she too. Both were so joyful in the work.
