My visit was related to a suspicious patch on my chest. I was given a thorough examination for other skin lesions. I paid the required fee and received good advice. I was given a private prescription for suitable cream treatment. I chose St Michael’s because it was known to me - my partner had been a patient. I prefer not to add a photo sorry.

I had the most wonderful experience with Mr Masha Singh. I visited him for an earlobe repair after stretching my earlobe a few years back. I spoke to a few other practices but this one was really good value, and the communication with Renata was quick and painless. On the day, Mr Singh made me feel totally at ease, with a really helpful description of what the surgery entailed, what the potential risks were, and what the end result would be. It made a potentially nerve-wracking experience much more relaxing. He was chatty and very kind throughout. I’ve had my stitches out today, and I’m delighted with the result. A few more weeks and it’ll be good as new! Thanks to everyone who works at the GP surgery - and particular thanks to Mr Singh!

My first experience of the treatment I received. Wood MediSpa, South Tawton, Devon is set in beautiful grounds and a magnificent building. From the minute you arrive you are made to feel at ease. Reception staff and the nurse involved were both very friendly and welcoming. Dr Toby Nelson carried out cryotherapy. He explained in detail what would happen and checked that I understood and was happy for him to proceed. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout my visit and certainly felt it was good value. I would recommend Wood MediSpa and Dr Nelson to people.
Beata is always contactable, highly professional and put me at ease with my scars, explaining the treatment options available (laser scar removal at different depths) and letting me choose the course of action and how many treatments/what products she recommended without being pushy. Would highly recommend her services and Eternal Face & Body clinic (which is lovely, airy and clean).
